Eline Livémont

Eline Livémont was a researcher at imec-SMIT / Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where she studied and published on documentary production and distribution. Inspired by documentary filmmakers’ ability to raise awareness and spark debate, she is passionate about transforming knowledge into accessible and impactful narratives for the public.

Now, as coordinator of the Outreach and Communication unit at VUB, Eline bridges academia and society, ensuring that valuable research reaches and resonates with broader audiences. She strongly believes in participatory research and clear, engaging communication as key to advancing VUB’s mission of making science a public good.
